What HANDA processes

We process your account identifier, contact details, Korea stay, stated preferences, work-order instructions, consent records, payment references and fulfillment history.

What HANDA does not normally store

Standard onboarding does not collect a passport image or full card number.

Clerk handles authentication and Stripe handles card collection.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, plan requests, obtain your approval, coordinate providers, reconcile payments, prevent abuse and maintain an auditable service record.

Provider disclosure

Only the details needed to fulfill an approved request are shared with the relevant operator or provider.

Identity verification

If a regulated provider later requires identity verification, HANDA should use a specialist provider and retain only a verification reference and result wherever possible.

Your choices

You can update your traveler profile from the account page and request access, correction or deletion through the support channel published by HANDA before public launch.
