Supervised concierge terms

1. Service model

HANDA translates traveler requests into information, quotes and supervised work orders performed by disclosed operators or third-party providers.

HANDA does not claim that a booking, purchase, delivery or ride is complete until a provider confirmation is recorded.

You must review and approve the quoted maximum before a paid work order begins.

HANDA may authorize that maximum on your card and capture only the verified final amount, including disclosed service and provider fees.

Transportation, restaurants, merchants, couriers and map providers remain responsible for the services they supply and may impose their own terms.

You must provide accurate pickup, delivery, contact, dietary and accessibility details and promptly review substitutions or material changes.

Unused authorizations are released when a work order is cancelled.

Provider cancellation charges or non-refundable purchases are shown when known and passed through only after the applicable approval.

This pilot is not an emergency service, immigration adviser, medical service or legal representative.

Availability depends on operator coverage and third-party provider access.
